Fondue Feast

Romantic fondue candlelight dinners for two.   Consists of four courses:

1. Bread and salad with seasonal greens and savory croutons

2. Cheese Fondue (with dipping breads and fresh vegetables); choose one cheese

• Aged Swiss
• Sharp Cheddar
• Chipotle Cheese
• Italian blend of Parmesan, Mozzarella, Romano

3. Raclette grilling of meats/seafood and seasonal vegetables, and roasted rosemary potatoes. Choose three of following:

• Succulent Shrimp
• Filet Mignon
• Teriyaki Chicken
• Wild Salmon
• Specialty Smoked Sausage
• Scallops
• Pork Tenderloin

4. Dessert fondue with sweet cakes, nuts, delicious fruits, and marshmallows; choose one chocolate:

• Milk Chocolate
• Dark Chocolate
• German Coconut Pecan Chocolate
• Chocolate Almond
• Mint Chocolate
