Description of the classes:

Not Your Mama's Italian!
Chef Nathan takes classic Italian to whole new flavors! Two hour class includes:

  • Panzanella- the Classic Bread Salad
  • Bolonese Lasagne with Bechamel Sauce
  • Tiramisu in a Jar

The flavors of the French inspire more than Julia Child. The food for lovers!

  • French Red Potato Salad
  • Cod with Curried Mussels

Cooking with a Spanish Influence
Take a trip to sunny Spain and enjoy the cuisine that gave the bullfighters their gusto and the senoritas their charm!

  • Almejas en Salsa Verde- Clams in Green Sauce
  • Tortilla Espanola- Chorizo, Sofrito
  • Apple Manchego Pastry with Honey Ice Cream
