The Vine is the name of our on-site restaurant. Though our evening dining service has always been a feature of Cameo Heights Mansion for guests of the Mansion, in 2012 we received zoning approval to provide restaurant-style food service to the general public. (In other words, you don't need to be a guest of Cameo Heights Mansion B&B to have dinner at The Vine.)
We have rather quickly developed the reputation as the place to go for fine dining. The dining room of The Vine has a stunning overlook of the serene Walla Walla river valley. You have the option of being seated at one of our six Chef's Tables in full view of the kitchen and watch as Chef Nathan Carlson artfully prepares and serves your cuisine.
Choosing to dine at The Vine will provide you the experience of the finest gourmet meals ordered off a menu and prepared on-site using fresh ingredients and produce, some of which are grown right here in our own little valley.
Seating from 5:30 PM to 8:15 PM, Tue-Sat every week. Dining is by reservation only.
We started our dining with a very good chef, Penny Addision. Many of you enjoyed her unusual talent for preparing great food. Penny took an unexpected leave in December of 2012 and we were forced to go looking for a new chef. Serendipity struck twice! Guests who have experienced our dining on multiple occasions in the past, say our new Chef, Nathan Carlson, has ramped up our formerly excellent cuisine to an even higher level.
