We started our dining with a very good chef, Penny Addision. Many of you enjoyed her unusual talent for preparing great food. Penny took an unexpected leave in December of 2012 and we were forced to go looking for a new chef. Serendipity struck twice! Guests who have experienced our dining on multiple occasions in the past, say our new Chef, Nathan Carlson, has ramped up our formerly excellent cuisine to an even higher level.
With the open kitchen view and Chef Carlson personally serving each course, every guest has a Chef's Table.
