Rarely, can one find on-site restaurants in Bed and Breakfasts—even rarer when they actually have good food. But fortunately for us and our guests, we have, what one guest recently characterized, a restaurant with a chef who is “overqualified”. Whatever else that may mean, the salient fact is that if you are anywhere close to Walla Walla, Tri-Cities, or Hermiston and you are not eating at The Vine, you are missing out on an epicurean experience like none else.
Dinner at The Vine is a dining adventure that is unique. Our cuisine’s premier offering is a seven course prix-fixe dinner with wine pairings from a featured local winery each month. The on-line version of The Vine Dinner Menu changes each month but the actual menu may vary on any given day according to what is fresh and of the best quality available.
Since we have an open kitchen and Chef Carlson personally prepares and serves each course on the menu, every table is a Chef’s Table.
