In order for the mansion to be completely prepared to welcome you, please do not check in before the designated time. In order to establish the perfect romantic mood for your initial arrival, we set the lights and music and put in place any romantic packages you have ordered. We would appreciate knowing in advance your expected time of arrival. Please indicate that when you place the reservation. If you anticipate a check-in after 9:00 PM, kindly call the mansion at 509-394-0211 to make arrangements for your late arrival.
Exceptions to standard Check-In and Check-Out? If you have a need for an earlier check-in or later check-out, please negotiate that with management. Where possible, we will try to accommodate you. However, depending upon the circumstances, exceptions granted will most likely incur extra charges.
To reserve your suite, we will charge your credit card at the time of your booking a deposit of the cost of one night's stay plus tax for the room of your choice. Extended stays over 3 days may require a larger deposit. Or if you prefer to pay with a check, your check must arrive within 5 days of your booking or 10 days before your arrival date, whichever comes first, in order to hold the reservation.
For those staying more than one night, 10 days prior to your date of arrival your credit card will be charged the remaining balance of your total room reservation, including all selected packages. Payments by check will also require full payment to be received in our office 10 days prior to your stay.
Sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. But unfortunately, last minute cancellations are always difficult to re-book as most mansion guests place their reservations far in advance.
Accordingly, if cancellations occur anytime earlier than 10 days prior to your stay, we will be happy to return your deposit less a $25 cancellation fee on each room, each night of your booking. If a cancellation is necessary 10 days or less from the date of your scheduled arrival, we will immediately begin a diligent effort to re-book your suite. If we are successful, your deposit will be cheerfully and promptly refunded, less the same cancellation fee of $25 / room / night plus tax.
If however, we are not successful in rebooking your room, we will charge your account the standard cancellation fee of $25/room/night, hold the balance of your deposit, and invite you to call us to arrange a time for a rebooking when we are not normally busy, for instance, non-holiday weekdays or occasionally weekends (if you are willing to wait till the day of the desired stay.) That way it is a win/win deal for both of us--we don't lose a room night and you don't lose your deposit.
We have created a stunning and gorgeous Mansion. It is themed as a luxurious romantic and / or corporate retreat. Thus our guests are limited to 18 years and older. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved in advance of your reservation by the management.
For everyone's comfort, there is no smoking allowed in the home, patio, AND surrounding landscaped yard. We invite our guests who smoke to take advantage of the adjacent wide open spaces surrounding the landscaped grounds.
In order to be sensitve to guests with allergies to pets, we have established a definitive No Pets policy. Pet boarding recommendations are available upon request.
